An application is not permission to ship. Wait for an accepted proposal and confirmed receiving instructions.

Before packing

Confirm the agreed inventory scope, destination eligibility, carrier, tracking, declared value and responsibility for inbound costs. Do not use a public storefront contact address as a receiving address.

Protect and identify each package

Use suitable sleeves or holders and rigid protection so cards cannot shift. Keep adhesive away from cards and slabs. Include the approved collection reference and package inventory, and retain photographs and tracking evidence.

Arrival is followed by inspection

Packages are recorded separately. Missing items, extra cards, damage or a changed condition are reconciled before listing. An unresolved discrepancy is not treated as approval.

Coverage must be confirmed

Carrier declared value is not a blanket insurance guarantee. Claims for shipments lost or damaged in transit go through the delivery service. Confirm the coverage purchased, exclusions, declared value and claim requirements before shipping. Keep packaging, photographs and tracking, and contact heymrmom@gmail.com promptly about a problem. Coverage is not automatic or unlimited.

Who pays for shipping?

You pay shipping to Mr. Mom and prepay return shipping and agreed coverage for unsold items, unless we agree to an exception in writing before shipment. We confirm packing, carrier and costs before you ship. Collections estimated above $1,000 are reviewed for an inbound-shipping waiver; any approved waiver must be stated in your proposal.

Packing board games

Secure components separately inside the game box and use a protective outer shipping box. Photograph the edition, box condition and components; disclose missing pieces. Confirm size, weight and shipping arrangements before sending.

Returns are a separate arrangement

Unsold consignor returns follow the accepted service agreement and tracking record. The shop’s buyer Shipping and Refund policies govern purchases, not cards sent for consignment.
