How consignment works.

  1. Request a review

Describe the collection and optionally share representative photos. We can ask for more information, offer a proposal, waitlist or decline with a reason.

  2. Agree before shipping

Review the exact fee version, permitted costs, scope and shipping arrangements. Your accepted agreement remains part of the record.

  3. Track arrival and inspection

Each package is tracked and received separately. Physical condition and grading are recorded independently; discrepancies stay visible.

  4. Approve inventory and pricing

Review inspected cards, lots, minimum prices and the full eight-week price schedule. Changes to approved details require fresh approval before listing.

  5. Sell and reconcile

Each item has one recorded active sales channel. Statements explain receipts, actual costs, refunds and the service share.

  6. Review proceeds and payout evidence

Funds remain held while settlement, delivery or disputes are unresolved. A payout record documents external evidence; it does not move money by itself.

  7. Decide at eight weeks

Eight-week selling cycle: reduce the asking price by 5% on days 14, 28 and 42, compounded from the original price and never below your approved minimum. At day 56 choose one mutually agreed eight-week renewal at a reevaluated market price, prepaid return, or discuss a separate buyout. No automatic renewal or disposal.
