What can I submit?
Sports cards, TCGs, graded cards, board games and sensible single-owner lots. Board games must be factory-sealed or opened but complete. Include the title, edition, seal status, component completeness and box condition; incomplete games are not accepted. Review guidance is a $250 collection and $100 individual listing. Tell us when you are unsure of value.
Do I keep ownership?
Yes. Your collection keeps a recorded owner. An accepted proposal authorizes the agreed service; it does not mean Mr. Mom buys the inventory.
Is this my shopping account?
My consignment opens from your Mr. Mom customer account. Connect your collection with a one-time private code, then use your Mr. Mom sign-in to return. Shopping orders and checkout stay where they are.
Can I ship right after applying?
No. Wait for an accepted proposal and confirmed shipping instructions. Unapproved packages must be isolated and reconciled before any listing.
What happens if the pilot is full?
Staff can waitlist a collection with a reason and next step. We begin with a capacity of five active collections; applying does not reserve a place.
When do I get paid?
Only eligible, reconciled proceeds can be prepared for payment. Settlement, delivery, refunds and disputes affect availability. We process eligible, undisputed payouts on Mondays after settlement, delivery and the standard 14-day delivery hold. Your payment provider determines when funds arrive. We cannot guarantee when an item will sell.
What if an item does not sell?
Eight-week selling cycle: reduce the asking price by 5% on days 14, 28 and 42, compounded from the original price and never below your approved minimum. At day 56 choose one mutually agreed eight-week renewal at a reevaluated market price, prepaid return, or discuss a separate buyout. No automatic renewal or disposal. Nothing is automatically disposed of.
Are my photos public?
Intake photos are private service records for authorized staff and the authenticated owner. Send photos of consignment items only, without addresses, identity documents or payment information. JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC and HEIF are supported. HEIC/HEIF photos are converted automatically.
