Know what you’ll receive before we list.

Review your selling plan, included fees and estimated payout before you send your cards. You approve the price and any optional costs.

A $500 card sale → $400 to you.

The $100 selling fee includes ordinary marketplace/payment fees, listing work, photographs, buyer support, standard packing and fulfillment.

These examples exclude optional promotion. If selected and charged, its additional 5% fee leaves $375 from a $500 sale. Shipping to us, grading and unusual transport require a separate quote and approval.

A smaller percentage as value increases

  • 20% of the first $500
  • 15% of the next $2,000
  • 10% of the amount above $2,500

Each percentage applies only to that portion of the price, for each item or approved lot. A $1,000 sale has a $175 selling fee and leaves $825 to you. A $5,000 sale has a $650 fee and leaves $4,350.

Estimate your payout

The add-on applies only when eBay assesses a General ad fee. Actual advertising cost is not deducted again.

Exclude sales tax and buyer-paid shipping. Estimate only, not an appraisal or promised sale price.

Your cards remain yours until sold. You approve inventory, lot composition, channels and minimum prices. Ordinary selling-cost overruns reduce our margin, not your proceeds.

Costs agreed separately

Optional promotion adds 5% of item sale price only when eBay assesses a General advertising fee. It covers advertising at a 3% General campaign rate and management, not a 5% ad budget. More visibility is the aim; sale timing and faster payout are not guaranteed. Choose it separately when accepting your proposal. You pay shipping to Mr. Mom and prepay return shipping and agreed coverage for unsold items, unless we agree to an exception in writing before shipment. We confirm packing, carrier and costs before you ship. Collections estimated above $1,000 are reviewed for an inbound-shipping waiver; any approved waiver must be stated in your proposal. Optional grading and unusual transport require a separate quote and approval. No automatic intake charge.

Know the next step.

Eight-week selling cycle: reduce the asking price by 5% on days 14, 28 and 42, compounded from the original price and never below your approved minimum. At day 56 choose one mutually agreed eight-week renewal at a reevaluated market price, prepaid return, or discuss a separate buyout. No automatic renewal or disposal. Nothing is automatically donated or discarded. Payout eligibility follows settlement, delivery and your agreed hold. Your account shows held and available proceeds.

Your accepted proposal records the fees for your collection. Existing accepted agreements keep their original terms.
